A Foundation Built on Love, Craft, and Resilience

In the bustling heart of Florida's remodeling industry stands a power couple whose journey started far from the polished tile floors and magazine-worthy remodels they deliver today. Roger and Deborah Pajares didn't inherit a business—they built one from scratch, layer by layer, with grit, passion, and a shared vision.

Roger Pajares

A Craftsman's Ascent

Roger's story began humbly in 1999, when he started as a construction assistant in floor tile installation. The jobs were tough, the hours long, but he was hooked. What captivated him wasn't just the labor—it was the transformation. The way a plain space could be turned into something beautiful, functional, and enduring.

"Comencé como ayudante en construcción… y ahora estoy trabajando por mi cuenta."

What set Roger apart wasn't just his skill—it was his drive. Inspired by the structured systems and professionalism he observed in American construction practices, he visualized his own path: becoming an independent contractor with a reputation for meticulous detail, reliability, and integrity.

Deborah Pajares

The Unseen Architect

While Roger was mastering the technical craft, Deborah—his partner in both life and business—was laying the foundation for a client experience defined by care, taste, and trust. With an eye for design and a heart for people, Deborah took on the design and client management side of the business.

She became the glue that held the vision together, ensuring every client felt heard, valued, and inspired by their remodeling journey. Fluent in Spanish and English, Deborah is often the first voice new clients hear—and the one they trust most when making decisions about their home or business space.

Together, they became more than contractors. They became a trusted team clients could depend on to turn ideas into reality.

"We started from nothing, just a dream and a few tools. Now, every tile we lay and every wall we paint is a promise to our clients—that we'll treat their project with the same care as if it were our own. Because for us, this isn't just a job—it's our legacy." — Roger & Deborah Pajares

Absolutely incredible work by DebMansion! Roger and his team transformed my entire first floor — from the stunning modern kitchen to the sleek staircase and large format tile throughout the home. They even removed walls to give the space a more open, airy, and high-end feel. Roger was personally involved from day one. He took time to understand my vision, listened to my needs, and genuinely collaborated with me every step of the way. We ran into a few moments where compromises were needed — and Roger was more than fair. He worked with my budget and still delivered a result that looks like something out of a luxury magazine. The kitchen is a showstopper — clean lines, matte finishes, custom cabinetry, and that waterfall island is just chef's kiss. The stairs have a modern-industrial vibe with natural wood tones that bring warmth to the space, and the large tile floors tie everything together beautifully. If you’re thinking about remodeling, Roger at DebMansion is the guy you want. He’s honest, flexible, talented, and treats your home like it’s his own. Couldn’t be happier with the results..
